My corporate practice involves setting up new corporations for my clients’, reviewing their minute books to ensure that they are up to date, updating their minute books by preparing the appropriate resolutions, business name registration and setting up professional medical corporations.

I represent clients’ involved in the purchase/sale of businesses, franchising/licensing/ and distribution agreements, drawing up various commercial contracts, publishing contracts. I also represent clients in the area of entertainment law and international business transactions. For example I can help clients who are trying to set up a business in the oil and gas sector in Nigeria to obtain the necessary permits, due to my familiarity with the local licensing regimes.
